Policy Statement:

 

1. Sample Charges:    1.1. Free: for the cost is less than USD15.00    1.2. Chargeable: the cost is more than USD15.00, the customer need to pay the charges under our invoice.  The T/T charges would be paid by the buyer. We'll return it after the order was confirmed.

 

2. Lead time:     2.1. Standard sample: within one week after the sample charges were received.    2.2. Approval sample: within 10 days after the sample charges were received, and the workable artworks were received.

 

3. Freight charges on the collect term, the courier A/C number would be required before the samples were sent out.    

4. Minimum Order Quantity:    4.1. Alarm Clock & Metal Wall Clock & Plastic Wall Clock:  1000 pcs per model, and USD6000.00 per order    4.2. Wooden Wall Clock: 300 pcs per model,  and USD6000.00 per order    If not, we have to charge some extra handling fee.

 

5. Payment Term:    5.1. By T/T: 30% deposit in advance, the balance against B/L copy by fax or email.    5.2. By L/C at sight.
